Spiders are used in our specialized mountain and civil construction, in-stream and sensitive ecosystem jobs, demolition and remediation works, and just about anywhere else! Spiders can easily access and safely work in terrain other machines cannot. Axis has both Kaiser and Menzi Muck machines in its fleet. They are equipped with winch systems for safe and effective mooring on even the most extreme high angle terrain and, unlike conventional excavators, can maneuver and tread lightly when in sensitive environments. We have a large range of diverse attachments, including mowing, brushing and drills. Our drilling systems can be configured for top drive or DTH.
